Q2: What's the delivery cost for cookies within Australia? Our shipping cost for cookie orders within Australia is $15 for a box of 6 cookies.
Q3: Can I pick up my order? Yes, if you're in the Wagga Wagga area, you can choose the pick-up option during checkout.
Our pick-up is at home. Address advised on ordering.
Q4: Do you offer delivery for cakes and cookies in the local area? Yes, we provide local delivery for cakes and cookies at a flat rate of $10 within Wagga Wagga

Q6: What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal for online orders. For in-person pick-ups, we also accept cash.
Q7: Can I request custom decorations or flavours for my cakes? Absolutely! We love creating custom cakes. Please get in touch with us via phone or email to discuss your customisation requests, and we'll work with you to make it happen.
Q8: What's the lead time for orders? We typically require at least 48 hours' notice for cookies and one week for cake orders. However, for custom or large orders, contacting us well in advance is best to ensure availability.
Q9: Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed? You can cancel or modify your order up to 1 week before your scheduled pick-up or delivery time. Please get in touch with us jacque@cherapatisserie.com to make any changes to your order. Use your order number in the subject heading.
Q10: Are your products suitable for dietary restrictions (e.g., gluten-free, vegan)? We offer some gluten-free and vegan options. Please check our product descriptions or contact us for specific nutritional and dietary inquiries.
Q11: Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging for orders? No, we will aim to provide this in future.
Q12: What's the shelf life of your cookies and cakes? Our cookies and cakes are best enjoyed within 7 days of receiving them, but they can be stored in the freezer for 3 months to maintain freshness. When ready, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put them in for 5mins.
Q13: Can I place a corporate or bulk order for a special event or occasion?Absolutely! We offer special pricing for corporate and bulk orders. Please reach out to us via email for more information.

Q15: Can I order a cake for a specific date in the future?Of course! You can place an advance order for cakes by specifying your preferred delivery or pick-up date during the checkout process.

If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please get in touch with us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve them. We do not accept returns. We hope you understand its food.
