Shipping and Delivery Policy
Local Pick-up: Orders for local pick-up will be ready for collection during our business hours within 48 hours of your ordering, followed by a confirmation email.
We aim to bake and ship cookies on the same day.
Australia-wide Delivery: We offer shipping services to all states in Australia, with estimated delivery times ranging from 2 to 5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Product Information
Local Pick-up: Our local pick-up items are prepared fresh daily with locally sourced products and are available for immediate collection during business hours following our confirmation by email or message.
Australia-wide Delivery: We carefully package our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, maintaining their freshness for our customers across Australia.
Eat cookies within 7 days of receiving; do not refrigerate. If you want to store them, freeze them for up to
3months.
We recommend popping them in the oven at 180 degrees for full restorations for 4 - 6 minutes.
Payment and Security
Local Pick-up: We ask that you order on our website and make a full payment before your collection, your order will not be commenced without a 50% deposit and full payment within two weeks of collection.
For large orders like catering, we request a 50% deposit.
Australia-wide Delivery: Online payments for nationwide deliveries are securely processed through our trusted payment gateway, safeguarding customer financial information as per shopify policy.
Modification and Refunds
Local Pick-up: Customers can modify their local pick-up orders by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance. We do not guarantee changes if your order has commenced.
Refunds for local pick-up orders are processed in accordance with our
standard refund policy.
Australia-wide Delivery: Customers can modify their orders up to 48 hours before the scheduled shipment date. Refunds for delivery orders are subject to our refund policy.

Eligibility for Refunds:

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
The cancellation request is received at least 4 weeks before the scheduled pick-up time or shipment date.
The product has yet to be prepared or customised specifically for your order.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will incur a 50% withholding of the total payment.

No-Show or Late Pick-up:
For local pick-up orders, if you fail to pick up your order within the scheduled time and do not notify us in advance, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Changes to Orders:
We understand that plans can change. If you need to make changes to your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may affect the eligibility for a refund.
